General terms and conditions of Garni Flurida
Prices
The prices are in Euros, with B&B treatment (overnight stay and buffet breakfast), per person and day for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Local tourist tax
The local tourist tax of € 2.30 per person and day for guests over 14 years of age will be added to the prices given.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods: cash, cheques, debit or credit card.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in all rooms and common areas.
Pets
We don’t accept pets.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the breakfast room.
Check-in / Check-out
Rooms are reserved from 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival to 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Check-in by 8:00 p.m. If you intend to arrive late, please phone and let us know.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, we may charge the following cancellation fees:
- for cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, we do not charge a cancellation fee.
- from 30 days to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
- from 14 days to 5 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total price.
- from 5 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, early departure or unoccupied beds, we charge the full price booked.
In case of cancellations due to Covid-19 (Covid infection or travel restrictions), the deposit will be credited for a future stay within one year.
